About us

Spanning three decades, T.I Hospitality has been committed to delivering on our promises and adding value along every step of the way. Since our incorporation, we’ve worked hand in hand with a diverse range of operators, from hotels, universities, and restaurants to distilleries, mining and remote area operations. Our ability to be agile, applying our technical learnings when and where necessary is what makes us so different.

So what is our purpose? At T.I Hospitality we are committed to our people, partners and communities. Our approach to continuous development is an integral part of who we are. At all levels, we invest in our people with a view of professional and personal development - technically apt is great, but coupled with personal fulfillment is better.

Note earlier we didn’t say clients - we don’t believe in having “clients” - we believe in partnerships. We share in the trials and tribulations of our partners - your success is our success. We take the time to understand our partners, their needs and the challenges they face. In an evolving regulatory landscape, keeping pace with compliance is an enterprise that often requires two pairs of hands - that’s where we come in.

Communities are at the heart of our economies, understanding who we collectively are and where we’re going cannot be understated. Over the years, we’ve doubled down on our commitment to our various communities. From sponsorships, local boards and community events, our executive leadership is actively seeking new avenues to give back and get involved.

Staff Training - One of the most powerful stimuli for proactive safety compliance is the recognition by the senior management team (SMT) and/or executives, that safety is a key priority. This means the team needs to gain the knowledge and understanding of the issue necessary to place it alongside their other key areas of business development.
